Needed better shipping info

I got the Balayage Extensions, 20 inches. The hair itself is really nice, blended well with my client's hair. What bugged me a little was the shipping. It took 8 days to reach my salon in Arizona, and tracking wasn't super detailed at first. I just wish I had more updates, you know? But the hair, can't complain about that part. It feels soft and looks natural.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I purchased some Virgin Hair Bundles. The hair itself is very good quality, soft and true to length. It dyed well too, which is a big plus. My only slight complaint was the delivery time; it took about 9 days to arrive in Florida. I've had faster shipping from other places. The packaging was fine, nothing fancy but protected the product. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking. So, mostly positive, just wish it got here a bit quicker.

Yeah, I think for the US it's usually around a week, week and a half max, in my experience. Not super fast but not crazy slow either.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack discounts with them. It's usually one or the other, especially with bulk pricing already being lower.

I've never been able to combine codes. They focus more on the tiered pricing for bulk anyway, so you just automatically get the better rate once you hit a certain quantity.
